Leabrook Farms Moroccan Lamb Shanks

 

Ingredients:

800g lamb shanks

1 Jar of Leabrook Farms Moroccan Slow Cooking Sauce

 

Method

Place lamb shanks and the contents of the cooking sauce jar into the slow cooker.

 

Swish out remaining sauce with no more than 50ml of water and tip into the slow cooker.

 

Cook for 4 (high) or 6 (low) hours (varies by machine).

 

Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes for a thicker sauce.
