Leabrook Farms Caribbean Jerk Pork

Ingredients:

800g diced pork

1 Jar of Leabrook Farms Caribbean Jerk Slow Cooking Sauce

Method

Place pork and the contents of the cooking sauce jar into the slow cooker.

Swish out remaining sauce with no more than 50ml of water and tip into the slow cooker.

Cook for 4 (high) or 6 (low) hours (varies by machine).

Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes for a thicker sauce.
